BOOKING GUIDELINES

Booking and Payment Policy

For in-person or remote consultations, sessions or readings, please submit a booking inquiry online to coordinate your appointment time. Once Catherine has confirmed a time with you, she will provide you with location information or remote details, and a link to process your payment through this website.

Catherine recommends remitting your payment when your booking has been confirmed, or no later than the day of your appointment.

This site accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You will receive an automated e-­mail receipt of your payment and booking.

WHY DO I RECOMMEND PAYMENT WITH BOOKING?
Money is a living, sentient energy, and when we exchange money, we can amplify its energetic potency through ritual. By submitting your payment upon booking, you are creating a type of energetic exclamation point or strong affirmation of your intention for healing.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to reschedule or cancel an in-person appointment, there will be a fee equal to the non-refundable room rental deposit when applicable. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session are not refundable and will incur an additional cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the room rental. For remote bookings, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to receive a refund. Cancellation and rescheduling requests may be submitted via e-­mail or phone – 718-576-3010. Please note that changes made within seven days to bookings at my Flatiron location will incur a $10 fee.

Late Policy

Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, I greatly appreciate you informing me of this. Late arrival will shorten your appointment time, and the appointment will end at the scheduled time.

Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your appointment time will be considered a “no show” and the cancellation policy will apply.

For remote appointments, if you are not reachable at the time of your appointment, Catherine will make one further attempt to reach you five minutes later. Once 15 minutes has passed, the cancellation policy will apply.

Quiet Environment

Due to the vibrational and energetic nature of these appointments, it is highly recommended you power down your cell phone completely to avoid interference of non-native electromagnetic frequencies. At a minimum, please place your phone on airplane mode or silent upon arrival. On the other hand, if it is helpful for your healing process, you are most welcome to record our session.

Preparing For Your Appointment

Catherine recommends abstaining from intoxicants at least 24 hours before and after your appointment. For table sessions, wear comfortable clothing that does not constrain your breathing. Bringing a fresh pair of socks to wear during your table session is always appreciated. Please refrain from using any perfume, or body and hair care products with chemical fragrance. You might like to bring a journal in case you want to take any notes after the appointment. For remote bookings, Catherine recommends spending at least 10 minutes in quiet meditation before the appointment time. Once your appointment is booked and depending on the service, you may receive an e-mail with additional recommendations for preparation.

After Your Appointment

If possible, leave free time after your appointment so you have space for reflection and integration. Catherine is available by e-mail for any follow-up questions you may have regarding your appointment.

Special Conditions

Please inform Catherine of any physical or medical conditions including, but not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, muscle or joint injury, or any recent surgery. This information will help Catherine give you the best possible service and create the most comfortable environment for you.
