Thank you for considering me as a guide along your sacred way. Grounded care, compassion and trust are the foundation of all that I offer. Wherever you are on your journey, I am dedicated to supporting you in your innate ability to heal your life, and find the freedom and will to shine your true light in the world.
I am a Reiki Master and intuitive channel; an earth-based spiritual healing artist and ceremonialist; and a community herbalist, flower essence practitioner and aromatherapist. In my apothecary, I formulate high vibrational plant remedies for healing and transformation, including flower essences, botanical mists and anointing oils.
I am skilled in holding integrated, embodied and attuned space for awakening and transcendence. My approach is informed by mindfulness and somatic awareness; and I draw on my intuitive gifts and many sacred tools across my offerings—including Reiki and divination, journeying and visualization, ceremony and ritual, flowers and plants, song and sound, smoke and all the elemental forces of nature—to clear and balance energy, shift and release patterns, and invigorate, align and uplift you on all levels.
In my herbal wellness, flower essence and aromatherapy consultations, you will be heard deeply, and receive practical insight, and protocols for holistic healing that meet you where you are. I specialize in support for the nervous system and PTSD, anxiety, stress, mood balance, grief and depression; and healing from autoimmune disease, Lyme Disease, migraines, fatigue, pain and other chronic conditions. All of my formulations are blended and bottled in ceremony, sealed with energetic potency and loving intention.
I am guided by the healing powers of softness and gentleness, presence and embodiment, equanimity and integrity—and always a bit of humor. A session with me is deeply restorative and will awaken you to yourself.
As my healing art evolves, I have found the universe is aligning me most often with the birthing person, the creative professional and the warrior—learn more on my Sacred Pathways page. All are welcome, affirmed and celebrated regardless of race, color, sex, disability, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, national origin, age, or socioeconomic status.
I am currently working toward my Master of Science degree in Couples and Family Therapy at University of Wisconsin-Stout. I also am studying herbal medicine at the CommonWealth Center for Holistic Herbalism. We are the land. We are the Earth.
I was initiated in these core truths early on, born into a family with profound reverence and sacred respect for the landscapes we inhabit; instilling in me a deep “land ethic”—the everyday responsibility of engaging with nature mutually and with care.
These truths came down the line to me. My paternal grandmother and poet, Catherine Coleman Foley, grew up helping Aldo Leopold restore the land at his shack on the Wisconsin River in Sand County; and went on to create her own farm—on the land of the Potawatomi, Odawa, Menominee, Miami and Sioux tribes—at the most northern tip of the enchanted Door Peninsula in Wisconsin.
My maternal grandparents, Wilma and Howard Hoxie, also joined the Back to the Land movement, taking over the historic Quontquont Farm in Whately, Massachusetts—on the land of the Nipmuck, Wabanaki and Pocumtuc tribes—where they established rolling fields of “pick-your-own” apples, peaches and berries, and reared a barn full of cows and sheep.
These landscapes—and their stewards—were monumental fixtures of my upbringing, and are forever saturated in my cells.
This heritage of land relationship goes much further back to the ancestral pastures of my great, great, great grandfather Edward Loughran in Northern Ireland; and to many more ancestors from the country of farmer-poets so keen on the language of this Earth—Ireland.
It is with the long steeping of this lineage that I carry forward in my healing practice a true reverence for the body of our whole being—the landscapes within us, the winding miles we have walked on this Earth and the sacred place we hold within the map of the universe.
