This 30-minute, guided grounding ritual will help you process and metabolize the personal and collective growth we are experiencing, supporting you in easeful, safe and harmonious integration of all that may be arising for you now.

These sessions will gently restore your natural rhythm and ease, and help you attune to the reservoirs of deep peace within you.

HOW TO PREPARE

• Find a quiet place with minimal distractions.
• We’ll be working together in a seated position—this could be on a yoga mat, floor cushion, chair, etc.
• Have water available and whatever else brings you comfort.
• It’s nice to have a pen and journal nearby for before and after the session.
• You may also want to work with a deck and pull a card before and/or after the session.
• Any special crystals or talismans, a candle, fresh flowers, plant smoke—all bring good energy to your space and the session.
• Spend 5-15 minutes in meditation before the session to center yourself in the present moment. Focus on the sound of your breath. Invite peace and light to pervade your body, being and space.
