A gentle and compassionate soul, Catherine loves to work with creative professionals, artists and sensitives, the expecting and postpartum parent, and with those healing from chronic illness and trauma.

From the healing place of Reiki, we step into the unseen realms with the support of earth-based spiritual practices to transform and transmute anything holding you back from your wholeness. Each session unfolds in a unique way, and offers you the wisdom and courage to live from a place of deep embodiment and self compassion.
