Reiki is a soothing balm for all aspects of your pregnancy experience, from conception to postpartum, and will support you with empowerment, grounding, clarity and courage on your journey of deep transformation.

Catherine Foley has extensive experience supporting pregnant people at all stages, and is skilled at reading and listening to your body and baby to provide the support of Reiki exactly where it is needed, reducing discomfort, enhancing your natural unfolding toward birth, and accelerating your healing and integration after birth. She also specializes in providing urgent, energetic care during pregnancy challenges, scares and losses, and for birth trauma and postpartum stabilization.

Catherine holds a gentle and compassionate space for your whole self to be seen and witnessed, guiding you into deep comfort and peace with your pregnancy, and joyful bonding with your growing baby. She is continually amazed at the profound healing that unfolds from the flow of Reiki energy.

Our session begins with a brief check-in and meditation, and continues with the Usui Reiki method of hand placements at vital locations on the front and back of the body. Catherine will work with propping and other support to ensure your comfort throughout.
